A little surprised all 3 stores including this one had amazing service . They got me signed up so fast and hooked me up with starter bud as a sight bonus. Took tons of time with me and I will be definitely coming back.

You CAN NOT find better flower in the Springs especially for the price! All BIG buds, super sticky and stanky!!! Especially the glue, og18 and UK cheese! As a first-time red card holder in Colorado Springs, I recently had the opportunity to visit a medical marijuana dispensary and was blown away by my experience at this particular dispensary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff Chris and Amber who were eager to answer all of my questions and help me find the right products to meet my needs. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. I was impressed with the variety of strains available and the different methods of consumption, including edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. Chris made sure to explain the importance of starting with a low dosage and waiting to see how it affects me before consuming more. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. What impressed me the most was the staff's emphasis on responsible use and safety. They provided me with clear instructions on how to properly use medical marijuana and the potential side effects to look out for. They also took the time to address any concerns I had and provided me with resources for further education. The education I received from at this dispensary was mind blowing and outstanding!! They were knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and I left feeling confident and informed about the medical process of marijuana laws. OH, Did I mention PATIENT!! Like seriously OMG!!! I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for EXCELLENT customer service and education on the legal and medical aspects of using medical marijuana! This has been my primary dispensary since 2017. It's always a pleasure to come in and get my medicine. They have a very consistant supply of edibles so that I know I'm always getting something thats going to work for me. Their concentrate selection is pretty immense, everytime that I come in I have new options to choose from. The level of service that I recieve is always top notch, the bud tenders are one of the best parts of the experience. They're very knowledgeable and welcoming. Furthermore, their rewards program is a nice was of saying "thank you" to their patients. I would definitely recommend Cannabicare!

Omg the BEST MEDICINE I have found here in the Springs and surrounding area.even better than in Denver. Oh yeah baby. And all the staff members are so awesome and amazing. We came back to Durango (2025) and retuned to Mountain Annie’s hoping to see him again. To our delight he was there with the same friendly smile and helpful attitude. I got my med about a month ago and since I moved to Fremont county I tried these guys out. I haven't been this impressed by a dispensary since the beginning. The customer service is on point, the ladies are great with their guidance. Whoever runs the store has been paying attention. All the little details (like terpene cards) that I've been wanting are there. The product is very impressive --many kudos to your growers. And the prices. Suddenly I can afford my cannabis for the month. Love this place already.
