Today I had the worst experience with this company. I have purchased flower from them before, but today I spent over $50 on concentrate. They were 2 hours late. It was at least 100 degrees today and their driver did not have any temperature controlled container, besides her hatchbacks AC. My Sauce was spilled all thru the packaging. It wasn't a full gram at all.
They set me up for an exchange within 20 minutes, and an hour later I have to leave my house. That is THEIR bad not mine.
When I contacted them they were rude, and refuse to give me a refund and insisted on an exchange. Currently I am told I will be issued an exchange within 5 to 30 business days. I have not recieved any confirmation of that. In the meantime I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and anyone else who will listen.
A good and true business should have no issue returning my money after my experience. And any reputable delivery service should utilize standard practices to insure the product is not damaged in transit, that should absolutely be standard.
This is not a reputable company. Please beware.
