over priced & not a friendly staff. I felt rushed, especially during purchase. the bud & wax were good quality but this place is a total tourist trap. shop around for better prices & service elsewhere

Everything is great there people and bud

I was visiting from a state where medical use is illegal. I have been chronically ill for 25 years and needed to talk with someone with extensive experience and knowledge. I was greeted by an exuberant and upbeat girl named Rocket. I explained my situation and she patiently listened to me. The first budtender seemed new and unhelpful. He couldn't answer any of my questions. I asked to speak with Rocket again and she took me into the product room and spent 45 minutes with me. She helped me find a few different things that helped me and also steer me away from items that might exacerbate my conditions. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Really enjoyed this place. Great prices and great selection. The customer service is beyond amazing. My bud tender was super knowledgeable and very patient. The only hick up was that I walked out without checking my bag and they accidentally shorted me a quarter and an eighth of two different strains. I split my ounce into 4 different strains. I went straight up to the mountains for a camping trip from the dispensary. When I got up there I noticed I was shorted. I would have called and said something but we didn't have phone reception in the mountains. When I got back to town I went strait to the dispensary with my receipt and told them what happened. They were super cool and very accommodating. The manager said he would like to review the security tapes which I had no problem with. He noticed the error and refunded my bud. The customer service here blows me away.

Not bad for my first time in... Not a fan of the pre weigh but it was convenient..friendly staff and good shatter..going back to try more...hope the flower I get next is bomb.. Thanks

Lightshade has unique qualities but 2 that stand out the most to me is the consistency of quality product and the ability for them to exhibit other growers potential by making ambassador strains available through them. The only dispensary I've seen show that level of commitment to offering great products!
