Went in today before the store closing early, because of Hurricane Helene, staff was so helpful. Eli went above and beyond assisting with my order, he is knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me select the best products within my budget. Eli and Juan Carlos were working when I went in and both staff members were very friendly and wished patients to stay safe during storm.

I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

I recently tried the Rise Tinctures and I was not disappointed, they are great! They are good quality oils and super potent and the taste was awesome, each oil has its own taste and they are all yummy! I definitely recommend the Rise Tinctures they are amazing!

I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! I'm new to MMJ and the staff here was so patient with me when I was having problems finding a product that fit my needs. With some staff, it's all business. With others, you can joke around and chat while ringing up. This is actually not the closest dispensary to me but it's worth the trip.

This Christmas I would like to shout out Xavier and Matt. I feel so welcome whenever I visit. We always have a lovely conversation while they diligently get my order together. Malik was not only extremely knowledgeable regarding the wide range of products that I was interested in, but also made the online ordering experience enjoyable and fun. I normally try to only support USA dispensaries but this Canadian company MUV has very competitive prices and some of there strains that you can only get through MUV.. I love how they have a TIER type of Flower system... I normally get the GRADE B type flower when I go and its super.. For example, there GRU #10 is out of the charts and very tasty.... I have only been to the St Pete location a 1 time.. The place is super clean inside and they are very professional and have quite the system... I like the prices and there discounts and offers that they run weekly... I give the MUV dispensary in St Pete 5 STARS... *****Highly Recommend ******
