Best dispensary, great product, awesome people,great service, (i dont feel like a bother or inconvenience),the way some other dispensaries do. I would drive 30 miles through tornados,in a storm, so bad couldn't see past my hood. I recommend everyone do business with Nova.

I tried this dispensary out for the first time this week and I was pleasantly surprised. The product selection is great as are the prices. The ordering and payment processes were seamless. The delivery was very fast too.

But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. This is honestly one of the best hemp shops in DFW. Pat and Abby are amazing, as are Tracy and the others. Very welcoming, very friendly AND they're all VERY knowledgeable... They're terpene nerds, and just all-around, genuinely decent folks. I always buy my Friday Flower here. Their "Grape Fanta" absolutely nukes my current world events anxiety for a few hours. And their Purple Haze (if they ever do another batch), COMPLETELY held up to the vibe of the song! Absolutely would recommend!

She is such a blessing and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! She did more than our Shreveport dispensary would ever do for their patients. I love this dispensary. Everyone is so friendly, and they are very knowledgeable about their products. Fair prices, and daily discount menu. For such a small town, they have a better selection than most of Tupelo. Anything you need specifically, they will always do their best to get for you.
