There isn't a better dispensary I've ever been to. The customer service just isn't the same anywhere else. I walk into Kirby and I may as well be at home. They're like family there. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They pack everything with care not just throwing it in. Their products are top tier quality. If you stop at the saloon next door, you can meet Linda, the coolest saloon dog to ever exist. Ask her to watch the rodeo with you. You'll have your heart warmed each time. There's just no better place than Kirby. 5 stars. Only the Kool Katz come to Kirby.

We love this place! Everyone is really nice. We’ve never had a problem here. The atmosphere is relaxed and the team is very helpful, especially the manager. They are able to laugh and joke with us which I find refreshing and relaxing. They also have the best selection in town. They always wear gloves when measuring out the cannabis and use safety precautions. Products are good, we haven’t been let down like at the other dispensaries. This dispensary is the best in town.

The staff are always very helpful with my dad when he buys edibles. He doesn't really know much about it so it gives me peace of mind knowing there not trying to scam him when I'm not there. Great flower as well.

You CAN NOT find better flower in the Springs especially for the price! All BIG buds, super sticky and stanky!!! Especially the glue, og18 and UK cheese! Paul is cool as a fan, always a pleasure doing business here and always leave knowing I’ve got some straight fire I’m about to smoke!!! Great prices on edibles too!!!!! Anyone that leaves a bad review on here is 100% full of shit and I bet their real name is Chad or Karen :P I’m a hardcore bud smoker have been for many many years, this place is it man….trust me!!!

These people are wonderful, very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. The budtenders are exceptional and hip individuals that have all only ever treated me with the utmost importance and respect as a customer/patient. Including on my worst days or after I've been cleaning or bathing the dog they are still as courteous as can be. They are appreciative of their clientele and express this with great products and prices. Earlier and later hours are a plus and they even have great sales and have customer appreciation days with barbeques, music, swag and more sales. Often they have a food drive to help with community challenges and awareness. Which I think is again exceptional as well as inspirational and phenomenal. I personally recommend The Chronicle Boutique to anyone and everyone whom appriciate great quality at great prices, terrific deals with Exceptional customer service. Super cool staff, chatting about their favorite products, edibles and flower. Great deals, delicious buds. They care about Cannabis for recreational as well as medicinal purposes, and are excited about the industry. Do NOT go next door to Delilah where a few jerks are just there for a paycheck and they hate the tourists and treat them like dirt. They should be ashamed of themselves for not taking more pride in their work!! I work in the kitchen of a medical dispensary in AZ, and I wake up happy and feeling lucky to be a part of this freaking GOLDRUSH of an industry!
