The owner and driver are super friendly, give great recommendations, communicate well about timing, and often throw in a little extra if there’s an extended wait. I only go to Apotheca locations in general to buy my products as I have come to trust them immensely because I know they only carry quality products! I was so happy when the Mooresville location opened as I work in Mooresville but live in another town, having this location is super convenient for my work week to pick up things and the staff is always so extremely friendly! I love how welcoming they always are to me and how they always have great knowledge for any product question I may have! I wanted to be sure I wrote a review for this location as I have for other locations that I have visited because Apotheca really just knows how to do customer service right and I wanted other potential customers to know that the staff at this location is a wonderful and helpful staff if you need guidance on products! Always such a vast variety of amazing deals & discounts consistently switching it up with different brands and strains unlike most other dispensaries I’ve seen. When someone refers you, or vice versa, they will add an additional 20% off each individual item in your online order, even any discounted ones! Love the friendly & helpful staff and they they’re open later! By the way, to the Debbie downer who wrote the last review, don’t hate on the middleman. They have no control over any of the defective or perhaps bad quality of the items in which they receive. Take your negativity & complaints to the cultivators (companies) who distribute the products, not the dispensaries.

Sorry, unable to edit my prior review. I was not overcharged or deceived. The receipt was confusing, the itemized column added up to the correct final total not the subtotal. It is just an odd accounting thing probably to make sure NYS gets their piece of the action. Wonder how many customers have been confused by this. I figured it out before I went to inquire. So fortunately I didn't make an donkey out of my self. We're cool

I have lupus and have an itchy, painful, rash on the palms of my hands and haven't been able to find anything to help it HOWEVER ~ I just tried Dr. Bob's Botanicals All-In-One Relief salve for the first time, and it IS AMAZING.
