I placed an online order and I came in a little early due to finishing errands early. Natalie, Cassandra, and Karri were incredibly helpful and got my order gathered and even let me know I had a promo for an extra cart! Stop in today for the first time had Lou as our budtender he helped me and my dad out he had great customer service and was helpful in telling us about all the products they carry they have a great selection and great prices ! Great quality on different strains. Im from New York and we see very nice buds out there as well. But The Loft is all top shelf and you can see it through the product. Just picked up some Chemdawg and Super Platinum Og last night. Ive had them before, but wow the quality and how it smoked and tasted was very impressive. 5 STARS *****

Was greeted as soon as I walked in and immediately noticed all the plants, books, and crystals in the showroom. Cannabis products are all high quality and they offer delivery. The staff was very helpful, I will be coming back for another preroll :)
