I’ve been using The Velvet Fog Cannabis delivery service whenever I’m on the hunt for Cookies! They consistently have a great selection, and Cookies is always my go-to brand. Today, I was excited to see three new strains I hadn’t tried before. Ordering was smooth, and I appreciated the generous discounts based on how much you spend—it really adds value to the experience! However, when my order arrived, I noticed one product was missing from the packaging. I reached out to Velvet Fog, and they were incredibly helpful. I drove by this place a dozen times before I realized it was a dispensary. It's located in an industrial area and blends in pretty well. A nice bonus is it happens to be on the way home from work. All the Staff was friendly and helpful. The selection was good and prices are on par with other places in the area. I'll be back

Forgot to grab something on my first trip here, so I popped back in to see if they had it in stock. Sometimes the website inventory is slightly different than what they have on the shelves so I always figure it's good to ask. Luckily Jayden was able to find two of the specific product I was looking for. Super knowledgeable and helpful guy!

I just had a great experience with these folks so I had to hop on and give them reviews on whatever platform I could find lol. These guys are so reasonably priced and they have these INSANE discounts. I regularly take advantage of their buy two 1g cartridges get one for a dollar deals. They're already cheap, so I regularly get 3 x 1g Raw Garden cartridges for a total of $56 (plus tax). That's a great deal for Raw Garden. You have to look at their calander in advance but the savings are nuts. The customer service has been lovely as well. There was a mixup when I was trying to order something with a discount today and they gave me a bunch of store credit for the inconvenience. They gave me more than I would have saved with the discount. That's going above and beyond imo. That's what prompted me to leave a review today, but it's not the only time they've hooked me up. I rarely go anywhere else these days. I recommend this place to friends on a regular basis.

I love this boutique dispensary! The only weed store in Livermore is nestled in wine country! It’s on the beautiful Darcie Kent vineyards. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about weed products I have questions about including weed products to help me sleep or feel a little extra creative while I work on a project. If you’re looking to get your weed products and onto other errands you can prepay and place an order in advance. They offer delivery too. I look forward to seeing all the cats and staff every time I go! Thank you highlands team for being such a great addition to the Livermore community!

Great experience I've only been there twice but I've enjoyed it much more than going to sparc. Workers are very kind and will help you find what you want and will tell you the best things they got. I was given a tour my first time which is more than sparc has ever done. It's truly a business that cares about it's customers.
