The service is the best in the country. They have a great selection and the prices are the best I have found in Illinois. They have rewards and it adds up fast. You can order online or just stop by/walk in. If you have questions they have knowledgeable Bud tenders who don't BS or push the old stock on you. I will definitely keep coming back. Very friendly staff. Really like the ambiance as opposed to other stores where I feel exposed because the extra open space and lighting. At this dispensary it feels more earthy, intimate, and calm (the way it should be in my opinion).

We’re visiting from out of state and were looking around for the perfect shop. We got the opportunity to work with Sarah who was very patient and super friendly. I mistakenly complained about a charge on my Credit Card from NUGG. The mistake was all mine - I had forgotten that I asked for a three year membership (vs one year). I was kindly and professionally contacted by NUGG in regard to my comment - including an offer to amend my license. The service that I have received by the professionals at NUGG are outstanding - as are their products! (Sorry guys!!!)
