First time coming here, super stoked at the service I received. They were sold out of one item I had ordered online which sucked but I got amazing deals on a bunch of pre rolls. Only issue for me was the security.. on their phones, leaned against walls, attitude.. no real physical presence and as a veteran, these guys would be considered soft targets.

The staff is well educated and easy to work with. Budtender Jacob had a keen and thorough understanding of the clones I was seeking. We were able to chat terpenes, medicinal qualities and structure of the plants with ease. I am delighted with the purchase. I drove from Novato to Santa Rosa and am deeelighted I did.

This was my first time at a dispensary by myself. I’m new to California, but not new to marijuana LOL. The staff was extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable every step of the way. Starting from the security guard at the door to the sales representative who sold me the flower. Usually I only smoke sativa, so the sales representative directed me toward the perfect strain of flower. The experience was so wonderful that I ended up buying an extra cartridge. They have Space Gem Products which I love and are locally woman-owned, and the space is beautiful and calming with nice and relaxed staff. They feature and support california women-owned small companies in the cannabis industry

Honestly, this location has never let me down and I’ve been a regular since opening day. Prices are awesome and quality is exceptional! Their lowest priced flower will have you way happier than the dry-headache inducing mid shelf (honestly low shelf) products at Palm Royal Collective. So save yourself the headache (literally) and head straight to this one. Trust
