From entering the store, the vibe is positive and relaxing. Having anxiety, being comfortable is important to me. The staff is beyond friendly, supportive, and very knowledgeable of products and spot-on with recommendations. I appreciate how they listen and don't rush you. They make you feel welcome like you are long friends. I appreciate how they are local with great products at an affordable price. Great selections, friendly budtenders. The store is open during COVID season with phone and online ordering only. Curbside pick up available. Excellent premium strain choices (not sure why it’s bad that it’s pre-packaged, some dispensaries just dump the packages in the display anyway), from flower to pre-rolls, concentrates and edibles: Sovereign, Sweetwater Farms, FloraCal, Kings Garden. Budtenders are very kind and patient, and they actually remember you!
They have constantly improved their space and offerings over the past year and a half. I love how fast I can get in and get out and pre covid i would sit out in lounge and enjoy a sesh and work on my laptop. Its probably the most functional and relaxed club in the area. There are others that are great too I just like no nonsense value, bang for your buck deals and its not overpriced just because they have nice wallpaper type of club. They have reped the medical brands and been super helpful to senior citizens over the years. Im down with these people

This is how budtenders should be. friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to the customer. They have a loyalty program, which is awesome to get points on every purchase that you can redeem later. Definitely my go-to place. Delivery ppl are awesome. They have weekly deals. You really can't beat the quality for the price and the friendly atmosphere.

I’ve been going to Canna Junction now for two years, I moved to Susanville in July of 2022 and the first time I went I actually walk there I lived on 4th street at the time ( just a few blocks from the now closed Rite-Aid. It was a long but productive walk, I walked over 10,000 steps that day. I’ve never been treated wrong in fact it’s just the opposite, I always have a smile on my face and a cheerful attitude, sure I’ve had times where they didn’t have any of my preference of choice, I’m a big fan of the ABX for my vape, I just get another brand instead because I don’t live on 4th street anymore and I don’t drive. My SIL takes me now and I get enough to last me a month. The staff has been nothing but kind, courteous, supportive, helpful, humble and honest people.

Came in to get my Abundant Organics flower after creating an online order. I decided to go inside to look at some additional strains from Abundant, instead of taking the two half ounces I had ordered online. My bud tender was Rai - what great service she offered me! So sweet and patient, I truly appreciate her knowledge and expertise with what I wanted. Sure makes sense she has excellent skills and knowledge, she's been working at that very location for the past 4 years!!!!!!!!!!!! Keeping my fingers crossed she works there every time I go in from now on!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those are the managerial workers I like to see in dispensaries out on the floor!

the only concern I have is with the preroll filters the filters have too many folds at the center of the filter. Love the products I go here everyday sometimes more than once, I am a regular at this store the staff are friendly and try their best at satisfying their customers. plus it's the closest one to my home.
