It has all the charm of a mom-and-pop shop with the professionalism of a top-tier dispensary. The moment you walk in, you feel the warmth of a team that genuinely cares about your experience. The new product selection is incredible—thoughtfully curated and clearly chosen with customers in mind. Whether you’re a seasoned cannabis user or just exploring, the staff makes it easy to find what you need. I personally struggle with sleep, and Jocelyn took the time to listen and recommend products that actually worked for me. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and completely on point. I really like the staff here. Good herb and nice layout. Great location too right off the parkway on the south end and lots of parking. The young guy from WA was super nice and helpful.

The people who work at T3 are top notch. I do occasionally shop at other dispensaries but this one is my favorite because of the service and knowledgeable staff.

Tokyo Starfish is hands down my favorite shop in Bend! The prices are great, the budtenders are all extremely helpful and some of the best bud I have ever had.

I was recently told about Cloud 9 from a friend, so I decided to try it myself. I am so glad I did, I firmly believe it is the best dispensary in town. Not only in it's product (which is top notch) but staff as well. Let's face it, if the staff are shitty then who's going to buy from you. I am more than happy with my choices, the staff were very knowledgable and helpful. Especially for Taylor and Charity! Those girls know their stuff. Go to Cloud 9, you will not be disappointed I assure you!!

One of the best Experiences I’ve had using a delivery service, I was finished with the whole order and delivery process in less than two hours. I order 6 different pre rolls and a cart all of them where package properly and hit/worked perfectly. Would recommend them 1000 percent.

I haven’t been into the actual storefront yet, but I’ve called a couple times and used their delivery service. Amazing customer service & product knowledge and good selection for my needs. You can’t beat their 15 dollar 8th deal! For me, it’s like going to Sanrio and getting a mystery grab bag.. may or may not be what you hoped for, but totally worth it :D

I've ordered several carts from NorCal Holistics, and the experience has been solid. Customer service is straightforward and helpful, the products are consistent, and their pricing is reasonable. No complaints, would continue ordering. I can't speak on other items, but for their bundle+promo that comes out to $12.50 cents per 1g is the lowest I've been able to find anywhere by far! Driver (Samuel) was kind, and resolved an issue that was completely my mistake. Had every right be a little annoyed, but Was absolutely chill.
