Best service in MD hands down they r always so nice and pleasant and quick. Even today it being July 1st and now everyone can come to the dispensary even without a medical card it made no difference at least for me I pulled up paid and got my medication it took not even 5 min and I got a swag bag with a bunch of awsome stuff thank u guys for everything! One closed temporarily and another felt like going to a nightclub with a line, to pick up my medical order. Ascend is well run, team members are welcoming and helpful. Just had my second experience with this business after I said I wouldn't and I'm very happy about how it all turned out. I wasn't happy with a product and Jolene wanted to make sure she made it right with me even if it meant driving another 150 miles.....thank you! I overreacting and If anything I'm guilty of being a bit harsh and quick too judge and my sincerest apology. Customer service was and is excellent and would definitely do business with them again.

I live just around the corner and this proximity lulled me into taking Smooth Remedies for granted as a local small dispensary among the ever growing herd of chain dispensaries everywhere in Maine. Mistake! This place is a find, from owner young yet knowledgeable Mike, to his affordable high quality products and well organized pleasant dispensary. His alternative to so called high potency tinctures like Thc-B, or P, or now foolishly illegal O, (all bought from highly reputable on line lab tested outlet) was a generic 10mg per mL tincture which for this aged and highly experienced user was at least equally as potent for positive mood, relaxation, pain relief at the lower!! less costly of the two potencies he offers!!!
