I absolutely love visiting NETA! The dispensary’s environment is very welcoming and calming, with a very open and clean floor space. The guides are all friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products offered and how they work. They are all clearly very passionate about the work they do, and it shows every time I go into the dispensary. The product range is very broad and they are always rolling out exciting new cannabis remedies to try. I would highly recommend NETA to anyone seeking a go-to cannabis dispensary!

Trulieve stands out to me as one of the greatest dispensaries I've visited in a very, very long time. The customer service is AMAZING! All of the workers are super polite & enthusiastic every single time. Always smiling & ready to provide excellent customer service. Not to mention they have the best strains I've ever tried. THE PLACE TO SHOP!! This dispensary consistently has the best pricing in Western Mass!! Deals like no other! Everyone is nice and the staff is respectful! I only wish it was in Westfield. Definitely worth the extra 15 minute drive to get an OZ and stock up!

some of the employees are cool but some are rude. he asked people before me if they want to use their 25% off but doesn't ask me on my turn. and yes, I was using it. then he did something else childish, not writing it here. I will go to Springfield from now on.

Came in looking for a three pack of half jays Ace Weiderman brand that I periodically have bought. Budtender with purple hair recommended the Wedding Cake. OMG,I’m a regular user and that .4 grams of a half jay put me into a cannabis realm I’ve rarely been before after 50+ years of usage!

I absolutely adore the staff at cana. They are so kind. I ordered a dozen pre-rolls and they sorted them by saliva and indica and had them banded separately, how incredible is that. They're all beyond kind and patient, even during recent tech upgrades and when they're wildly busy. The store is also always clean and smells nice.
