Went into stories today to get some prerolls after this crazy storm we had, Kerri helped me out and was truly amazing! Kerri helped me find exactly why I was looking for but from a new brand I haven’t tried yet! I’m very excited to try it and see how it is! I highly recommend going into stories and talking to Kerri about anything bud related! Or really anyone there!

"Everything is great except for the picture of the Avexia pain relief "balm". The picture shows the pump with the lotion, but when I received my order, it turned out that they only had the balm, which is greasy for your hands. I had ordered three bottles of lotion, but received balm instead. That's all." ( I even called to make sure they had it)

I needed a recommendation for something smooth, since I had a bad cough. They gave me some very kind bud which I am consuming cough-free. Really improved my Xmas weekend and my quality of life generally. Cheers!

JOHN!! This is for you! I’m a mental health worker in the hospital settings in Boston- this is definitely a need after a long day. On a snow storm that is supposed to come, my weediclesss (as I call it) was not available after I placed my order for delivery. Sir John was AMAZING and so caring to inform me of this and ask if there was anything else I needed. He really listened to what I needed and the current state I was in- just to decompress and get my client’s stories out of my brain so I can decompress and recenter as well. He made me feel seen and heard and feel valued. He tried adding an extra goodie for my birthday that just passed, I chose to give to a homeless person and he said he would give on my behalf.. no one has followed suit and done something like that on my behalf. Someone that may not have an ID or money but may need a break, let them use my weedicles… that’s all I want and John helped me gift it back to someone in need. Thank you John D. Thank you for giving me your last initial to ensure that the highest person at your company hopefully sees this and recognizes their unique/amazing employee. To the owner- he is a keeper. Thank god I found this place. Since leaving LA, every dispensary has charged an arm and a leg for quality. Got a halfy for a really good price. Can’t wait to visit again.

I love coming here on a daily staff is super sweet and always have the best deals. They always go over discounts and the best deals of the day. We have loved coming here all the time weather is for something big or small.

I’m a new customer and new to some of the dispensary procedures. I spoke with their Pharmacist who was so very knowledgeable and an overall polite person! I went inside after the phone call with the Pharmacist. Front door staff were also super polite including the security staff. My budtender was the best! She knew exactly what I needed and provided many options. She explained how everything worked include grinders, vapes, pens, etc. Prices were reasonable and I received a great discount due to being new and first responder. Some reviews had me seriously worried but after going there in person, hands down excellent place! Highly recommend!

Visited Bask on 11/23/23, Green Wednesday! Ryan was my bud tender in the medical side. Always super attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and makes sure I leave with every discount I qualify for while also offering new and helpful products. I absolutely love Bask and have been a returning customer for a few years now.

Very professional and seamless experience. Thanks for carrying the sugar batter. It’s very nice, if possibly a little too much non-cannabis flavoring added. One of the preroll brands (can’t recall which but it was ICE enhanced, I think) claimed to be 100% but small print notes ingredients not derived from cannibas. Terpenes I think. I don’t need flavor injections but maybe some prefer it? Other than that, awesomeness.

They can’t make it much easier than The Green Heart! Order ahead if you can save time when you arrive. Lock your car and don’t leave it running or it may not be there when you come back out in 5 minutes! They post signs all over the front of the building. Be warned everyone! Thank you for good medicine without making me bleed$!
