AYR in Eustis is the best in Central Florida. They have the best products, sweet deals, and really nice, knowledgeable people. I've been to other dispensaries and there's no comparison. It was my first visit on Monday the 15th. Reception was friendly upon arrival. Both customer service people were very welcoming when I told them I was a first timer to Trulieve. I walked in to make my purchased on a Sunday afternoon. I initially expected it to be busy, but it was actually less than a 5 minute wait. I had the opportunity to work with Tylor and he was all over it. He made great recommendations and also took the time to explain the new dispensable calculations. Thanks again Tylor. I would say just the overall experience at this location with their team has been better than the other surrounding locations.

The budtenders ,are very knowledgeable about all of there products, they also help one surf through all of the specials and sales to help keep some of your money in your pocket. I have smoked Marijuana for many years and the only edibles that have worked for me came from Planet 13, thanks to the encouragement of the budtenders. way to go!

Let me start that the staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable as a first timer I felt very at ease with the whole process I have not been anywhere else (to many horror stories) But always a But right LOL I would like to see some other deals in the ways of percentages off products the only such deal is for a first time customer nothing for the loyal customers

The store is well displayed with actual flower to look and smell before purchase. the staff were very well educated on the product and were the only ones that have a %of terps in the flower not just the thc. i was able to get some super tasty choices and they have great deals.

Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

Five star experience from start to finish . Jena was very helpful and knowledgeable while being friendly through out my visit . She had solid recommendations and made the overall experience fun and enjoyable . The place looks like an Apple store except I left happy and looking forward to my next visit . This store has such a happy positive vibe! The products are solid and staff is fire. Im enjoying the blue berry waffle bud I got a few weeks ago tonight. I saw a sour review a few days ago but I really can’t imagine that place or the staff being anything other than helpful and kind. Keep up the good work
