when we first entered we were greeted by Jessica who was very helpful. We had a pick up order and agent" BRI "completed our order. "Bri" was excellent and took the time to explain how to use the distillate in many different ways. She is an asset to your Company.

They’re phenomenal. Great product, superior product and they have incredible customer service. They have a lot of product, so many strains, such a selection. Their product is also strong. The distillate is AWESOME.

Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I am so satisfied with this product. This product is really good. I’ve been taking it for about a week and everything about my life is changing. I have no more pain. My depression and bipolar has gone. I’m moving around getting around into and things I haven’t done in a while. At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. Btw thank you again today for helping me out again. She really goes above and beyond.

The Ocala dispensary staff is knowledgeable, with a wide-variety menu ,that is better in the store that is displayed so it is in plain sight to see on a large flat screen t.v. with all prices,specials and available discounts! There is no debate of what product is available or coercing to buy higher priced products, that there seems to be at another dispensary in Ocala. Great product! Great 25% off of your shopping cart your first visit, and 50% off your shopping cart your second visit! Only thing is, the online menu does not list everything.
