Last Friday I went to Trulieve too pick up an order,and man were they busy. I got AWESOME help from a PRICELESS SET OF SUPER LADIES !! They were over loaded with people and kept there professionalism !! TARINA, MERCEDES, and ANDREA were the only ones there, but they kept it moving!!! I can't begin to express how much I really appreciate that we have a Trulieve in Dunedin. But that's just one of the many reasons for this review. The service is perfect...every visit, as well as the quality of products and professionalism. I just hope they keep the current cycle of staff, here...in Dunedin. Kia is an absolute star and her coworkers as well. Her [Kia] expertise, proficiency about products and effects, made me feel so at ease, and she caps it all of that, with a wonderful smile. Listen. First off I have to commend the staff and experience. It would be best to look at their menu before going. They offer a 3× no expiration discount. Being courteous is a two way street. With that said. They are new. 4 Florida stores. Walking in I was greeted and immediately felt no pressure. I was thoroughly explained the discounts and was literally in shock at my final total. I researched and was not disappointed with their selection at all. I will absolutely make the trip weekly. Check em out . Make them known so they grow. It's Tru what they say. This is the fastest dispensary in the area! You can get in and out quickly and the team works very well with the new manager Katie. I have been a customer for over two years and I know every person in the building. They have three very comfortable chairs/sofas. This place rocks!

First of all, the initial contact I made was with a SUPER kind young man named Malik, via the call center. Malik was not only extremely knowledgeable regarding the wide range of products that I was interested in, but also made the online ordering experience enjoyable and fun. Malik really makes the process easy.I have only placed online orders twice, and both times I had the pleasure of speaking with Malik. Trust me, the professionalism is unparalleled at MUV, I would recommend calling ahead and speaking with one of these compassionate associates so they can help answer any questions you may have before you even leave your house. Five star experience from start to finish . Jena was very helpful and knowledgeable while being friendly through out my visit . The budtenders ,are very knowledgeable about all of there products, they also help one surf through all of the specials and sales to help keep some of your money in your pocket. I have smoked Marijuana for many years and the only edibles that have worked for me came from Planet 13, thanks to the encouragement of the budtenders. way to go!
