Jackie didn't just point to the highest THC percentage; she actually took the time to talk through the terpene profiles and suggested a hybrid that hit the mark perfectly. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and actually seems to care about the patient experience rather than just hitting a sales quota.

I have only been there twice now and going to dispensaries is quite new to me,But from a new patients perspective they had wonderful welcoming service both visits I have had there so far, a relaxing atmosphere with the staff cracking a joke or two with the customers but still extremely professional at the same time. At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. Btw thank you again today for helping me out again. She really goes above and beyond.
