First visit and I was so pleased. I had called before going to the shop. I spoke with Derek and he was so knowledgeable, so helpful and informed. When I arrived at the store the reception was friendly and Derek completed my transaction so smoothly and made me feel like this might be my new dispensary. It was my first visit on Monday the 15th. Reception was friendly upon arrival. Both customer service people were very welcoming when I told them I was a first timer to Trulieve. This store has such a happy positive vibe! The products are solid and staff is fire. Im enjoying the blue berry waffle bud I got a few weeks ago tonight. I saw a sour review a few days ago but I really can’t imagine that place or the staff being anything other than helpful and kind. Keep up the good work

Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

The Oregon Noble is very relaxing and nice. This is a great location with a very friendly professional staff. In shopping center very nice location with other dispensaries nearby. Jimmy Buffett PAX cartridges are flavorful and the relief will take your pain away

Let’s be real, the Green Wednesday deal is bomb but honestly, I’m writing this review solely to show some appreciation and recognition to the staff! Dave was probably the most witty, down to earth dudes I’ve met during my dispensary adventures.... hell, everyone was throwing that vibe! The bud is great, the deals are awesome but the atmosphere, it’s PERFECT!! No doubt I’ll be visiting them again real soon!!

Loved my experience at Trulieve in Deerfield with Louis (Lu)! Every walk-in visit has been wonderful, honestly probably my #1 favorite place out of all the dispensary's. Super-friendly Staff! Terrific Service! The atmosphere was phenomenal. I was impressed with the wide Variety of Products to choose from all at reasonable Prices plus first few times include awesome Discounts. Lu is my go to person and I personally recommend him. He has guided me through every visit and answers all of my questions. He's very knowledgeable and has the best suggestions. He is attentive and friendly, while remaining efficient and professional. Lu made me feel at ease and doesn't create any pressure at all. I'm a very indecisive person so I struggle making a decision sometimes but Lu understood me and has the patience of a saint. Lu is amazing and so is the place so I will be coming back!!

I came back all month before I would consider going anywhere else. Excellent products I enjoyed many strains of flower, some great tasting and potent vape cartridges, their Soft chews are great. Tinctures are FIRST CLASS. Website and app are both easy to shop with, reviews and accurate descriptions.
