We didn't feel the shortage of Mini's as much as all the other stores because Sabi took care of us. She went thru hell and high heaven by reaching out to the Managers of the Suppliers. We don't feel a lot because of Sabi and her incredible staff. Savannah thank you for your beautiful smile and always being attentive to everyone. Lauryn, thank you for being simply awesome. All the people working at muv in Melbourne Florida go above and beyond they're awesome the flowers amazing good price great discounts I recommend the strawberry guava Rocky Road wedding kush mints n gator breath strains and more... all the employees there work super hard and fast so you don't have to wait an hour and 45 minutes like at trulieve you're in and out the longest I waited there was at the most 10 minutes

This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here. Excellent selection of quality medical product, accessories and great first time promotion. I will definitely be back!!

The budtenders ,are very knowledgeable about all of there products, they also help one surf through all of the specials and sales to help keep some of your money in your pocket. I have smoked Marijuana for many years and the only edibles that have worked for me came from Planet 13, thanks to the encouragement of the budtenders. way to go!

The store is well displayed with actual flower to look and smell before purchase. the staff were very well educated on the product and were the only ones that have a %of terps in the flower not just the thc. i was able to get some super tasty choices and they have great deals.

At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. People be so sensitive to the wrong things. Pay attention to how things are and it speaks for itself. I enjoy coming to this location although the experience is way different than the Cali one I visited. This isn't all that bad, but you can see the room for so much improvement, which is good. All in all, awesome place all around.
