This is my favorite dispensary & not just because it’s the closest. The staff is great!! Prices are great!! They are the fastest with filling online & getting their patients in & out.
Every time I go in there no matter who serves me that always polite respectful and cheerful everyone who is issue is fast to make sure you get what you need even if you don't know what you need truly an awesome place
Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

Green Dragon at 1712 Del Prado Blvd S. in Cape Coral is hands-down one of the best medical marijuana dispensaries I’ve ever visited. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an incredibly friendly staff who truly make you feel welcome. They’re not just nice — they’re extremely knowledgeable about every product, patient need, and recommendation. You can tell they genuinely care about helping you find exactly what works best for you. Every visit feels relaxed and comfortable. You’re always treated with respect, never judged, never rushed, and they’re always happy to answer questions or just have a friendly conversation. It was my first visit on Monday the 15th. Reception was friendly upon arrival. Both customer service people were very welcoming when I told them I was a first timer to Trulieve. Gave me information to review about their products and services. My purchases were high quality and will definitely do business again.

A few weeks ago my husband and I met Tim from The Greeen House while visiting Marriott Crystal Shores on Marco Island, and he was fantastic! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the products. He even gave us some awesome koozies, which was such a nice touch. What really stood out was his honesty — if he didn’t know the answer to something, he didn’t pretend to. Instead, he recommended we stop by the store and speak with Sally, and she was absolutely amazing too! She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel completely comfortable. Tim recommended the Lullaby Gummies and said they were the best seller in the store since we were looking for sleep aids. Sally confirmed it when we went in, and they were spot on! We got Tambra’s card and will definitely be ordering more when these run out. We both have been sleeping like a baby! The customer service from both Tim and Sally was top-notch. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people have a great experience. Highly recommend stopping by The Greeen House on Bald Eagle if you’re on Marco Island! It was a First Class Experience! Out of all dispensaries in Miami this particular one is probably the best of all, fully equipped with the best inventory, amazing daily deals and discounts with the most knowledgeable and professional staff. And the best is there is no-wait-time to get attended, usually is after they check your ID you get service (bye-bye forever to Trueleave)

This small store at first appearance surprises as it opens up to a world of adult bliss. They have a wide variety of products, tree, nicotine and more. They employees are really nice and welcoming and I will definitely be back
Everyone at the Sarasota store has always been helpful to me in every way! They have always gone that extra step to make sure I got the best deals and service. I drive an extra 10 miles but worth the drive. Deb., Sam and all the budtenders at this store do a great job of providing patients with great service, excellent products, and an overall great cannabis shopping experience. I'd give them 6 if I could....... 5 stars!
