First time customer. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The prices are great and the sales are phenomenal. The product, WOW!! Superior product, the distillate is top shelf and the flower is so smooth. They have so many strains!! They are so helpful!! I am a BIG Trulieve fan and I will be back. They really helped me, they explained product i wasn't clear about. They really took the time and I appreciate that. I think about my elderly Mom visiting a place like this and how she would do and this place would be excellent. They’re phenomenal. Great product, superior product and they have incredible customer service. They have a lot of product, so many strains, such a selection. Their product is also strong. The distillate is AWESOME.

A fantastic budtender named Sofia Deer,Aassisted me, an old 69 yr old that couldn't get Can Pay right. She was extremely patient and wonderfully pleasant. You should be proud to have an employee like her. It's a reason I keep coming back. BRAVO Sophia!!

This store has such a happy positive vibe! The products are solid and staff is fire. Im enjoying the blue berry waffle bud I got a few weeks ago tonight. I saw a sour review a few days ago but I really can’t imagine that place or the staff being anything other than helpful and kind. Keep up the good work

They have some PHENOMENAL strains... The Platinum Sugar, Banana soda are Fire! Staff is Freindly, and knowledgeable.

Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

Sunburn is my go-to dispensary. The employees are always so friendly and knowledgeable and I really like their products. Suburn has great deals too. Jasmine, specifically, is so kind a friendly. I mentioned my birthday was coming up and she explained my free bday pre-roll for my birthday month. I had no idea about it and it was great to get an extra treat to my order! Thanks Jasmine!

It was my first visit on Monday the 15th. Reception was friendly upon arrival. Both customer service people were very welcoming when I told them I was a first timer to Trulieve. Gave me information to review about their products and services. My purchases were high quality and will definitely do business again.
