Everytime I go there and have questions....I always ask to speak to Danielle....so knowledgeable about your product...and always so kind....I make it a point to talk to her because she always gives me what I need....I won't go anywhere else or speak to anyone else....she is truely remarkable

I am a regular customer and it is nothing but friendly faces and good vibes. Everytime I buy its a good experience, not to mention the great discounts and pricing. The quality of the product they serve is reflective of the great environment they keep there. Good stuff from Vidacann, can't wait to see the new ideas and products they have!

Simply LOVE this MÜV store! I was not too fond of them before from some of their other stores, but between the tenders, the clean and nice atmosphere, this one put me back on MÜV and their products. The employees are fantastic. If I were you, look for either Brad, he is very knowledgeable with the products and VERY easy on the eyes, Patrick, because he just gets along so well with you and vibes, and Tyshawn (Or Tyrone, not sure which!), because he is just funny and genuinely tries to help you as a patient. they are all great but try and avoid the long-haired female. Not sure of her name, but she was rude and seemed fake to me. Prices are sometimes high, but their stuff is worth it and they always have great sales, so it really isn't all that expensive. All in all, this store is great, and I highly suggest you try it if you are looking for a dispensary!

Very great service, they always have specials with good prices and the bud tenders are very knowledgeable when recommending strains.

So let me start by saying I am new to all of the medical dispensaries and what to choose that can help me. The staff is very informative and they made me feel at ease in lieu of totally no clue person. I was surprised how affordable it was with discounts applied. This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Appreciate you.

The staff are excellent and have a great knowledge base. They offer text alerts to stay updated on the daily sales. There are discounts daily and they offer a good veterans discount.

We didn't feel the shortage of Mini's as much as all the other stores because Sabi took care of us. She went thru hell and high heaven by reaching out to the Managers of the Suppliers. It was my first visit on Monday the 15th. Reception was friendly upon arrival. Both customer service people were very welcoming when I told them I was a first timer to Trulieve. First time in a dispensary. I went in for Black Friday sale. I am agoraphobic. I usually get deliveries from Trulieve to Fellsmere out of the Stuart, FL store by ordering online or through the main Trulieve number. The Sebastian store were organized, clean, nice and got me in and out as fast as possible. A normal day I'm sure would have been much faster.

At MUV they make me feel very comfortable, the staff know their products and are very informative. I liked that they take the time and explain what product is best for me. place is very clean and organized, I look forward to going there

Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

This store has such a happy positive vibe! The products are solid and staff is fire. Im enjoying the blue berry waffle bud I got a few weeks ago tonight. I saw a sour review a few days ago but I really can’t imagine that place or the staff being anything other than helpful and kind. Keep up the good work
