The budtenders ,are very knowledgeable about all of there products, they also help one surf through all of the specials and sales to help keep some of your money in your pocket. I have smoked Marijuana for many years and the only edibles that have worked for me came from Planet 13, thanks to the encouragement of the budtenders. way to go!

I Picked Up Some Afternoon Delight #4 And Animal Scout I Was Very Pleased. I’m Very Picky When It Comes To Strains And These Guys Have Some Quality. Great Brands Like DogWalker And RYTHM Are My Favorite. 1G Carts And Higher None Of Those Over Priced.5’s. And Deals That Make Sense.

The store is well displayed with actual flower to look and smell before purchase. the staff were very well educated on the product and were the only ones that have a %of terps in the flower not just the thc. i was able to get some super tasty choices and they have great deals.

Went in today before the store closing early, because of Hurricane Helene, staff was so helpful. Eli went above and beyond assisting with my order, he is knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me select the best products within my budget. I went to Sunburn for the second time yesterday and was blown away again by their staff (Jordan) and products. I have been to all the dispensaries in Pensacola, and I have not had an experience close to this one. Also, yesterday I got a free bottle of nectar. Apparently, every Sunday they give free stuff away with any purchase. Their flower is amazing and I believe they are the only dispensary that has strain specific live rosin gummy’s. Wow! Tracey was very patient and helpful. Her coworker was very nice also. I had been curious about going and did not feel like getting dressed today due to the tropical storm and felt kind of stupid NOT being dressed or having my hair and makeup done, but they did not treat me any differently than any other customer that would have been all dressed up and that made me feel just as confident and not anxious as I had been walking in the doors!
