I always like going to Trulieve in Venice; it has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere and it's close to our home. The Counter Attendants are always helpful and have a cheery attitude. Having said that, this is the first time I've written a Review. Yesterday, Holly was extremely helpful; she made at least two trips to the Storeroom in order to get me everything I needed. I always place an order online for pickup and it's ready when I get there. Navigating the website and ordering is easy. There are always deals on their wide variety of products and they have a rewards system. You can prepay online or pay when you pickup your goods. The quality of products definitely depends on what you buy. Prices are high right now but I'm sure it's because they're the only dispensary within a several mile radius.

The staff has great knowledge on what they sell very very helpful and a great location. Keep up the good work and the good products coming thanks.

Been coming since August 7th ‘24! Everyone there is friendly and helpful, they have a decent amount of stock and decent prices compared to some other dispensary’s in Ohio!

This is probably the coziest dispensary I’ve been to. Don’t go on expecting fancy, you’re at the wrong place. Liberty has by far the best vape carts that I’ve tried so far, and will continue to visit them

I’ve been using trulieve for 2 years now, it’s always consistent minus one incident they were more then willing to correct or compensate. Trulieve is my forever home for my medicine and information on cannabis products and how to use them correctly and safely. Also huge shout out to Christal and Stacey for always insuring my order is precise and correct her and Stacey go above and beyond always.

By far the best experience in a dispensary, and this is a lot, considering it is a fairly new field of business, and most dispensaries give it a serious try to establish themselves with customers. Nevertheless, the service I received form Samantha B really stood out. She has outstanding customer attitude, her demeanor makes you feel that there is no other place she'd rather be at that moment, which is rare. Very impressed. Thank you Samantha!

Service at the store is great but they rarely answer phone. And when you place an online order, you have to call them and tell them bc the system doesn’t notify them. Kinda defeats the idea of online ordering.
