Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. im was in diamondhead to visit family so its been a few months ago but the two ladies were great, very knowledgeable and easy going. had a great selection of carts and flower. will definitely do business with them again when im in the area

From the very first time I went here they were the friendliest, most informed AND most important they had the very best deals in town. I am retired and this medication is not covered under Medicare so this very important to me. I love the way they communicate their specials and their convenient location.

Insa is set up so nice and they have displays in the showroom with the product on display and has the option to smell and view the current harvest, and the quality of product is very good! I don't know why more places if not all are not set up this way. Ordering from a cell phone or tablet is not my ideal way to shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, One of the best dispensaries with great weekly specials and all-round great prices! They even have a good amount of apparel with Big sizes for guys like me.
