I have to say, I have been to a lot of dispensaries across this country and 315 Primo in Branson West is my absolute favorite place! Not only do they have great prices, their staff is unbeatable! Everyone I've ever encountered there is amazing, they're always smiling, I've never had anyone have an attitude, it's a great environment, great people, great products! Staff is knowledgeable about product availability, strain information & lineage & they're honest with you about what they like and don't. When you have an environment like they do, it's easy to drive the extra 40 minutes to spend your money where the business is exceptional & so are the people! You know who you are! I am so satisfied with this product. This product is really good. I’ve been taking it for about a week and everything about my life is changing. I have no more pain. My depression and bipolar has gone. I’m moving around getting around into and things I haven’t done in a while. This is by far my favorite trulieve location the entire staff is super cool. Zach has an awesome sense of knowledge on all the products available at trulieve as well as giving info on upcoming sales.

At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. Btw thank you again today for helping me out again. She really goes above and beyond.

People be so sensitive to the wrong things. Pay attention to how things are and it speaks for itself. I enjoy coming to this location although the experience is way different than the Cali one I visited. This isn't all that bad, but you can see the room for so much improvement, which is good. All in all, awesome place all around.

Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I’ve been back a number of times now, but I’m still a dummy when it comes to choosing the best strain & strength for my chronic pain. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!

I don’t have anything to say about them honestly, though I only have tried their edible gummies. The gummies here are the BEST that I have ever tried! No weird oil/weed like taste or coating on the tongue. It actually tastes like the name (my favorite is the mango) and gives you an amazing high. It’s great for my anxiety because I chew it a bit then I let the smaller pieces of the gummy sit under my tongue like I suck on them like a hard candy. This trick gets me high faster while letting it last the full time.

Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion
