This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. I have ptsd and anxiety issues and the staff have been nothing but respectful and helpful ! they have answered any questions and concerns I've had and have even got me started on right path with my own garden !! the medicine quality has been some of the best in town !!

Service at the store is great but they rarely answer phone. And when you place an online order, you have to call them and tell them bc the system doesn’t notify them. Kinda defeats the idea of online ordering.
