Just to say I have been to dispensarys in every western state and I an say that the owner (D) is the best customer service provider I've ever seen. The flower is so good it's like early 2000s kind B. Prices are the best in the area if not state. Love this store and will always shop here. J/R

I liked the blue dream, the one I didn't like were black maple, not Terpy. friendly awesome staff, you go in the first door to check in, they have a tablet to select your order, they have some accessories and bings available I didn't get a look on pricing. the security guard was friendly, everything is good

I am from Chicago and I have been to every weed place around exit 1 in New Buffalo. This place is hands down the best dispensary I have been to. I had corey or Cory as my bud tender. She was an expert at the strains... I have struggled with the strains that give me the high I'm looking for and she knew exactly what I was explaining to her. She was awesome and friendly and I came home with great strains I can't find in Illinois. The staff also had a computer error they had to fix from my online order and they worked hard to fix the error. I am truly happy I found a dispensary I enjoy and the vibe is awesome. Please keep up the great work URB !!

Armando was awesome! He was very educational. I was not aware of the loyalty program, he helped me right away! When you visit this dispensary it’s such a personalized experience. The owner to the shop Alex, really cares about his customers and wants them to be satisfied with their products. He will go into great detail so you know exactly what your purchasing. I live an hour away from this shop but it’s worth the trip. I highly recommend them!
