First thing I said to my wife when I got back into the car was “I want some of what they had”. Everyone was super happy and polite While wearing smiles. The flower was the best I’ve had in the three years I’ve been using cannabis regularly. I tried the wedding pie first. The stench was beautiful and my brain instantly knew it was going to be a good day. To begin the day I only took a pinch to my glass pipe and I was instantly feeling its love. I walked around the yard looking at the buds on our trees and thought about out how beautiful everything is right now in spring. Then it hit me….. I did get some of what they had!!!!

Absolutely my favorite place to go, pretty good location, amazing customer service and amazing products with super fun deals, always my first recommendation.

I’m a first time user/buyer. I suffer with neuropathy and was in search of new pain management particularly in the evening when pain is at its worse. I stumbled upon this dispensary and was treated with much respect, kindness and patience from the security guard who explained the process of ordering on line before I stop by, to the gentleman who explained the products. I chose a chocolate bar and the quality was awesome, a small amount did the trick for me as the counter man told me. They are very organized and knowledgeable. I will definitely order from this location in the future. Thank you from an older lady with zero knowledge of this form of pain management.

This has been by far my favorite dispensary I’ve visited since getting my card. I’ve been going fairly frequently for a couple months now, and the staff is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They provide great recommendations if you aren’t sure what to get for a specific issue, or if you’re a first timer like I was. There are nice discounts & promotions for new patients and for holidays. I’ve been quite satisfied with everything I have bought from them, and is definitely my favorite medical dispensary in the area.

Friendly staff willing to talk with you about the best products for what you want, although in store pick up option is nice if you already know what you want. Decent prices and deals if you check often enough.

Everyone was very kind from the front desk to the bud tender. They have a good variety of products, from a low price point to higher end items. Bud tender was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Will absolutely be by again when I'm in the area.

JOHN!! This is for you! I’m a mental health worker in the hospital settings in Boston- this is definitely a need after a long day. On a snow storm that is supposed to come, my weediclesss (as I call it) was not available after I placed my order for delivery. Sir John was AMAZING and so caring to inform me of this and ask if there was anything else I needed. He really listened to what I needed and the current state I was in- just to decompress and get my client’s stories out of my brain so I can decompress and recenter as well. He made me feel seen and heard and feel valued. He tried adding an extra goodie for my birthday that just passed, I chose to give to a homeless person and he said he would give on my behalf.. no one has followed suit and done something like that on my behalf. Someone that may not have an ID or money but may need a break, let them use my weedicles… that’s all I want and John helped me gift it back to someone in need. Thank you John D. Thank you for giving me your last initial to ensure that the highest person at your company hopefully sees this and recognizes their unique/amazing employee. To the owner- he is a keeper. Great experience! ... This is how a good business -- every business --should be run, and in the Puffin's case it is. Everything about my purchase was done smoothly and efficiently through online ordering (but paying in store upon delivery) ... and what Maine state law stipulates. That is what I experienced at Puffin and the pretty, young lady who helped me. Thanks Puffin ... you deserved the name "Great."

There’s no better Medical Dispensary around, hands down. Not only do they provide the best product in Maine, the staff take the time to learn who you are..make you feel very comfortable, ask them anything and they’ll suggest a product catered to your likes, regardless of it’s top shelf or low shelf. Get to know them..and you won’t be disappointed!

Well, looks like I won’t be wasting time and gas driving to dispensaries anymore. I’m so impressed with the quality of everything I got. I was honestly a little skeptical bc of how good the prices are, but everything is top tier. Couldn’t be happier with my first purchase.
