The staff are knowledgeable about their product and if they don't know the answer there is enough staff and someone is bound to know the answer. The service is welcoming and with a smile. Met with Mark after scheduling an appointment only a couple hours prior. Very pleasant to work with, great prices, quality product! Took advantage of the 2.5 oz for $225 and received the amount in quarter oz portions. Each quarter was a different strain, which I was impressed with. His outdoor flower grinds nicely and you can tell its fresh by its cohesiveness when rolling up, it isn't dry and falling out of the paper. I tried the strain “cheese”, it had a very nice deep flavor and an energizing effect for me. Anyone can tell that this man takes pride in what he does.
