I was introduced to CC a few months back and have never stopped. I know people try to push a more "mom & pop" shop to support, rather than a "chain", it does not matter to me, what does is the beautiful smiles and informed, well-educated, young customer service staff. I opted for pickup, so I can't speak to the delivery service. I placed a large order here and was able to pick it up within a few hours. I pulled into the parking lot and someone was waiting for me. They brought my bag right out and we had a pleasant chat for a minute before I was sent on my way. The bud is high quality, what I'd expect for the advertised prices. I have my eye on a specific strain, and they made it a point to let me know when they would have more in, which I appreciated. There is nothing I can reasonably think of that would have made my shopping experience better. 5/5 all around

First time visiting, awesome atmosphere, right at the start the women checking IDs was so nice and friendly. signed us up for rewards, the budtender was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions and dealt with all my inquiries with a smile on his face.

When I was TOTALLY hopeless that I would be anything but sick on these next two days because the methadone shuttle didn't pick me up, this place came through in flying colors at the last second and helped me to survive two days of being without my regular meds. Beautiful shop, friendly service, and fantastic product! Flower grown in nearby Hope, ME. Really appreciated how they organized the different strains according to the feeling they impart. Our budtender was kind and wonderfully helpful. I don’t frequent many dispensaries but this was by far my favorite experience yet.

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!
