He's the reason why companies thrive and become successful he's at the front lines making sure people are satisfied and no matter how good the product is, if the service doesn't match you won't get customers back. I am very happy with my Nature’s Care experience. I spoke with Norma for advice and information by telephone prior to placing my order; she was very knowledgeable, helpful polite and professional. Kyle was absolutely FANTABULOUS! I came in for the first time on my birthday, and of course technology hates me, so my rewards account wasn’t working! Luckily Kyle was there to swoop in, save the day, and make my birthday absolutely magical! I don’t know what he’s getting paid but he deserves DOUBLE! Besides Kyle being an absolute ASSET to the team, the atmosphere was top tier (seriously I felt like I was stepping into a mini art installation), the prices were to die for, and the bud was almost too strong (in the best way) Thanks again Kyle, and the rest of the amazing staff for making my birthday special!
