He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. The woman at register 5 that day took very good care of me treated me very nice was very helpful and friendly.

As a Veteran and medical patient, its my go to dispensary. They offer great deals, its much closer than S'fld, and most of all my dog and I enjoy their kind and friendly staff!

The best people and products you'll find in the Weston-Buckhannon area. Their daily deals blow the competition out of the water. This staff truly cares about their patients, and you won't find a more genuine group than right here in Weston. I live in Upahir County, but it's worth the extra five minutes from French Creek. No other dispensary comes close in my opinion.

I had the opportunity to be one of the first customers at this location. They had a nice warming tent set up for patients. The environment is very appealing, focusing on local culture incorporated into the design. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what they carry. The only critique I could mention is the price. Get place.

We drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth it. We were greeted with a great customer service smile by Armando, he informed us of everything we needed to know being first time customers. Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. The only dispo in Buckhannon so thats where I have to go. The staff is Always welcoming and knowledgeable. the product choices are quite limited so when new stuff comes in Its worth getting. This dispensary was extremely helpful and the employees are very nice! They walked me through the entire process ok my first visit and made it very easy to understand the process. I had no background in smoking before going to Columbia Care. They could tell I was nervous, and were able to explain the entire process for me. The process is very well organized and the product selection is very good here. I recommend them all the time to my buddies who are might be looking for a new dispensary.
