What an amazing store, the budtenders name was Alexa and treated me so well and told me everything I needed to know about the buds I had acquired and overall gave me a well based experience at a dispensary. I would recommend this place to my friends, family, and even my co-workers. Definitely will be making my way back around!

Been shopping here a few years, spent alot of money, accumulated reward points, many points. They decided to cancel program, gave short notice, then canceled it a week early without notice. Messaging is clear, we'll take advantage of our customers. Avoid this shop, there's many others.

I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. They always offer great deals and you can tell they are run by good hearted people. last but not least they have a great set up here, i mean great!!! I love Rize the employee are great helpful and knowledgeable about products. Service is fast easy to shop online. And for seniors you get 10% back I was so excited the first two times I went I forgot to tip I was so excited to receive money back. Keep up great work!

I will say: I kick myself every time I get home from RIZE and realize how much they just charged me, but they can't necessarily help that. I suppose they could, probably lose money then though. It's the nature of the market right now. They've got us by the balls so to speak. Anyway. from a lifelong head, RIZE UP has product that is pretty damn good, and there are some deals to be had. They've also got an interesting selection of locally grown (if I'm not mistaken), really, really pretty good and proper flower from time to time. I mean The Real Deal. Every once in a while you'll catch a sack you've just got to buy. It's usually three bills though, smh :) I'd declare RIZE UP to have been a welcome and much needed part of this community in a trying time. Imagine all the hand-to-hand, house-to-house — bong-passed-to-the-left while you're there — deals we'd all be going through during a pandemic. Without a storefront like this one, who knows? 4.6/5

I love this place. Such nice staff. I originally visited the one down state on a hiking trip. but this one is in Chicago. As a med patient, I always have a smooth experience. Lots of variety and good specials too.

Great place! Not far from home, which I love and great staff, specifically Anthony who’s helped me quite a few times now. He seems to really know what products he’s selling and I’ve never left unhappy or dissatisfied. Awesome place overall!

The moment I walked into Relief I knew it was going to be my home dispensary. They give excellent advice from very knowledgeable budtenders, have the best selection of both top shelf and modestly priced medicine and have one of the best Veteran discounts in the KC Metro area. I have been blessed to get my medicine from Relief since MMJ legalization and have no plans to go anywhere else.

Been a few times and it's always a quick and easy visit. Employees are welcoming and happy to help, plus good deals all the time.
