Love this shop! Has the best customer services and deals.

Indi infused pre-rolls are my favorite product to pick up here, extremely well made

First time here but have plans to return very soon. It is a bit of a drive for me to get to but it was worth the trip. Upon arrival the strain we wanted was not available and staff was able to help us find a suitable alternative. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Service was a quick as we wanted it to be and I didn’t feel rushed to get through even though they were busy. Atmosphere was clean, very cool and chill.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Noel because she always does an excellent job providing great customer service! Very knowledgeable about the products. She also informed me about a few strains and edibles that would help with my knee pain!! Love the selection and prices on concentrates especially the shatter and thca isolate, great prices on carts, love the vibe and the knowledgeable budetenders...talking to them feels like talking to a real stoner who is actually passionate about weed(sadly this is getting to be a rare trait among budtenders)...great variety of pretty good flower but their flower is their weak spot...sure there's a huge variety to choose from but a lot of it looks the same and it seems like theres a ceiling for flower quality that they cant seem to get past...its not bad and is better than a number of places but when it comes to flower pricing and quality it falls behind Bloom and Herbana

Great deals and good prices, staff is very helpful and friendly:)

The entire staff is on point with product knowledge and customer service is A+!!!!!

Appreciate you Cheyenne for the great customer service I have received. Always good to conversate with you. Thank you.

Low key and quiet with a great selection of products.

I've been here several times and now I don't go anywhere else. The staff has been so kind and knowledgeable. Immediately upon entering I felt comfortable. They never make me feel as though I'm asking too many questions even though I have many each time I come in! Did I mention their selection?! They have so much! I will definitely recommend this to both someone new to medical cannabis and to the experienced user.

The people working here are top notch. No one is a snob like other spots here in KC. Great place.

Everything was great from the person at the counter to the bud tenders in the back. Products were great and priced wonderfully. Excellent atmosphere and staff.

Great store and great service!! I recommend you come visit!

The food truck is fire good burgers & hotdogs on top of great bud to smoke!

Chaundra is so helpful & knowledgeable. A great selection & their rewards are meaningful.

Tiffany was amazing, my experience was through the drive thru! She was so patient with me, I was a problem child. I didn't have enough money, then I gave her too much money and after she gave me my change i asked her to break my money for a tip. The whole time she had the patience of an angel. Thank you Tiffany, you all make flora such an easy place to shop, ask questions and get educated!

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about products and specials they are running, and if you’re not sure just ask they always give great recommendations.

Staff is always friendly and pleasant. Hot stoner chicks are the best bud tenders. Product is always quality unless you go too cheap or below your thc percentage threshold. Could use some better deals and more variety of products like shake ounces for a hundred with high thc %

Super clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff, above-and-beyond customer service, and they're super patient and kind. Only had a line one time that I've been there, but it moved quickly, and there is a steady stream of people coming and going. Staff were excellent helping me find the strains I wanted to get the effects I needed, as well as taking the time to explain all the details, like how to use each product, which terpenes did what, the process the different concentrates are made by, and really took the time with me to make sure I had the best possible products for my individual needs while keeping it all in my budget. This is my go-to store, and I'm really strong about supporting good businesses and good customer service, so I won't go anywhere else. They even keep your history and notes in their computers about prior purchases, preferences, and needs. Really on top of the game there. Having Happy Cloud right next door is icing on the cake- same company, same amazing service, and they will hook you up with all the supplies you need, from wraps to vapes to rigs. They also sell a lot of work from local artists and I prefer to support my community businesses anytime I can over faceless mega corps.

Clearly, the best dispensary in Missouri. Very professional excellent Bud tenders fantastic selection. I truly appreciate the drive-through as well. It was cold last night being able to stay in my warm car and pick up my medicine. Very convenient.

Bonded, helped me with my order today and she saved me $$ and chose a better suited product than I originally was gonna get. I love this store the staff is always on point and pleasant.
