I love this place. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and there’s always so much to choose from. Top shelf flower is amazing and the $50 selection is pretty good, too. Plenty of concentrates and edibles. Happy hour discounts and daily specials are great money savers, too. I can’t imagine not coming here.

Dont waste your time shopping anywhere else.. Kind Theraputics has the best selection in town hands down... The owners Randy and Jeremy are very knowledgeable and friendly.. And most importantly the donations are very good for the high quality product they produce... Thanks Kind Theraputics for takeing such good care of all of us.. Bravo!

As a first-time red card holder in Colorado Springs, I recently had the opportunity to visit a medical marijuana dispensary and was blown away by my experience at this particular dispensary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff Chris and Amber who were eager to answer all of my questions and help me find the right products to meet my needs. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. I was impressed with the variety of strains available and the different methods of consumption, including edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. Chris made sure to explain the importance of starting with a low dosage and waiting to see how it affects me before consuming more. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. What impressed me the most was the staff's emphasis on responsible use and safety. They provided me with clear instructions on how to properly use medical marijuana and the potential side effects to look out for. They also took the time to address any concerns I had and provided me with resources for further education. The education I received from at this dispensary was mind blowing and outstanding!! They were knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and I left feeling confident and informed about the medical process of marijuana laws. OH, Did I mention PATIENT!! Like seriously OMG!!! I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for EXCELLENT customer service and education on the legal and medical aspects of using medical marijuana! Overall, my experience at this dispensary was excellent. Chris and Amber were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the selection of products was top-notch. They also give you a store credit to reimburse you for the cost of you're doctor's certification visit prior to obtain you're medical marijuana licence!! Stopped into Dispensary Exit 243 for the first time today and was blown away at everything the store had to offer. The layout of the store is clean and professional, unlike some of the dispensaries I have been to down in Denver. Troy was my bud tender and was incredibly kind and helpful in recommending product. From the quality of product to the customer service, everything was top tier. I will absolutely be returning in the near future!

Personal Attention I obtained my clones here this season. They were grown in COS, Pueblo and Center CO. All did exceptionally well under 3 different micro-climates. Big producers and tight flower.

Maggie's Farm Fillmore has all my medical needs. From topicals to edibles, and of course they has some of the best Clean Green Certified Flower in the state. If you are looking for flower that has amazing terpenes and a broad spectrum of canaboids to heal your body Maggie's Farm is were its at. You CAN NOT find better flower in the Springs especially for the price! All BIG buds, super sticky and stanky!!! Especially the glue, og18 and UK cheese! Paul is cool as a fan, always a pleasure doing business here and always leave knowing I’ve got some straight fire I’m about to smoke!!! Great prices on edibles too!!!!! Anyone that leaves a bad review on here is 100% full of shit and I bet their real name is Chad or Karen :P I’m a hardcore bud smoker have been for many many years, this place is it man….trust me!!!

A little surprised all 3 stores including this one had amazing service . They got me signed up so fast and hooked me up with starter bud as a sight bonus. Took tons of time with me and I will be definitely coming back.

So laid back. It was empty and Nathan and Colin totally helped us (we’re from Minnesota) and told us about the area.

Really great flower. I was surprised. Being in a casino town, I thought it would be mediocre flower for tourists, but this seems to be the locals spot. Great pricing. Black Garlic and Cherry Mints were both incredible. Perfect cure and great size nugs. White ash. I'm picky and this place exceeded my expectations.
