I've bought from this place a few times now. I just drop them an order for some flower every few weeks, and then drive in and pick it up a little later, and the guys at the door/counter are always friendly. This is all I want out of a recreational shop, so hell yeah

I wish I could give then more then 5 stars for staff and atmosphere always have a great experience. I like to tip was told tonight they'd rather me buy more product for me then leave a tip. Amazing staff

Great place! Very knowledgeable, and professional. The space is clean and inviting. Plants are awesome they used to have a great selection of edibles but one of the vendors stopped producing so now they have a bit less but still have some great choices

I have worked in the cannabis feild for a very long time, so I have become super picky, "finicky" As you will. This place is like home as soon as you walk in. I will drive out of my way and past about 8 other dispensaries just to come here. The staff is so sweet,caring, great listeners, and full of so much knowledge. Its always heart warming to walk into a business where they remember your name, ask how your family/kids are doing and best of all once they get to know you and your style they will help you find new strains that work better then your normal "go to" I just cant say enough great things about this place. Its even amazing to see the owner working and greeting the customers aswell.

Kay the Budtender and every employee there were super positive and had a great vibe. Atmosphere is awesome and the deals were great.

I've been a client here pretty much since they started. I must say and this is commimg from a 25 year smoker and many many diff dispensarys. But that woman is by far one of the best there is. Always on point makes me feel comfortable always fair on top of best delivery service there can be. I'm actually waiting for then this very moment. The big chills strain is absolutely a must try Perfect time of year for that strain! I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

Just had my second experience with this business after I said I wouldn't and I'm very happy about how it all turned out. I wasn't happy with a product and Jolene wanted to make sure she made it right with me even if it meant driving another 150 miles.....thank you! I overreacting and If anything I'm guilty of being a bit harsh and quick too judge and my sincerest apology. Customer service was and is excellent and would definitely do business with them again.
