Was shopping in there today, Hailey was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable which seems hard to come by in med stores lately, store is always clean and usually you get in and out pretty quickly.... would definitely be back..

I’m a first time user/buyer. I suffer with neuropathy and was in search of new pain management particularly in the evening when pain is at its worse. I stumbled upon this dispensary and was treated with much respect, kindness and patience from the security guard who explained the process of ordering on line before I stop by, to the gentleman who explained the products. I chose a chocolate bar and the quality was awesome, a small amount did the trick for me as the counter man told me. They are very organized and knowledgeable. I will definitely order from this location in the future. Thank you from an older lady with zero knowledge of this form of pain management.

When I went to Ethos I was completely happy with the staff and the set up of the store. Customer service was excellent and the products are wonderful. Tanisha was my budtender today and she was fantastic. She offered me a better deal (larger quantity) on my favorite product but I buy in smaller quantities in order to limit how much I smoke. I really appreciated her advice, her friendliness and professionalism. I've never had a negative experience at Story so the ones I've read are puzzling. Maybe it's time to look in the mirror, folks!

Friendly staff willing to talk with you about the best products for what you want, although in store pick up option is nice if you already know what you want. Decent prices and deals if you check often enough.
