The interior is beautifully designed, creating a calming and inviting ambiance. The team members are not only friendly but also incredibly well-informed about their products. THE PLACE TO SHOP!! This dispensary consistently has the best pricing in Western Mass!! Deals like no other! Everyone is nice and the staff is respectful! I only wish it was in Westfield. Definitely worth the extra 15 minute drive to get an OZ and stock up!

I loved talking w/John the pharmacist to expand my knowledge on medical marijuana. He was clear, knowledgeable and caring. He genuinely cared. He made it easy for me to ask questions. The staff was extremely caring and knowledgeable they had an innate way of making you feel comfortable and they were like a team in helping me figure out which strain/ terpenes were best for my conditions. some of the employees are cool but some are rude. he asked people before me if they want to use their 25% off but doesn't ask me on my turn. and yes, I was using it. then he did something else childish, not writing it here. I will go to Springfield from now on.

The Affinity Medical Dispensary is by far the best MEDICAL dispensary in the area. The vibe at Affinity is amazing. When you walk in and are greeted (by the OG Greeter, IMO) of Affinity... ...he just sets up a good vibe right away, The Bud Tenders (Are we still calling them that? LOL) are amazing. Educated about the product, do not rush or pressure you, very professional. ...and at the same time, they are creating a great vibe/experience for everyone. - PERKS, PERKS, PERKS - As a patient you get the most incredible perks, deals... etc. Carry some amazing glass pieces. Just an amazing place. Thanks for all you do!
