I will forever love this Trulieve Location! The staff there is amazing and my ALL TIME FAVORITE BUDTENDER IS SUREYMA! She was so sweet, patient, and made my experience amazing!

I pass about 4-5 dispensaries on my way to Rise and this is one of the only dispensaries that I shop with now due to the staff, quality and the pricing! The recent transformation at the KOP location makes you want to keep coming back. I love the history of cannabis that is illustrated on the walls and also admire Teagan, Lauren and the guys at Rise for ALWAYS being so pleasant, professional and courteous. S/O to the Rise crew in KOP! Keep setting the tone doing what ya'll do!

Jamir is the GM and super cool guy and his staff are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! It’s personal and I love that. I’ve already recommend it to everyone!

The service and employees at this dispensary is unmatched! Everyone is very nice, pleasant and friendly. The wait is never long, like when I visit other dispensaries, that'll I'll leave nameless LOL!! S/O to RISE!!!!

Good experience overall. The customer service rep who checked me in,is friendly and knowledgeable about product. I was called up to the back very quickly and the bud tender was honest and didn’t try to sell me shit, he was straight up about everything. The price was on point for a half gram disposable, just what I was looking for since I’m only in town for a couple more days. He recommended a disposable that I probably would have never looked at but this hits hard. Only regret is I didn’t get the names of the product or the friendly folks who helped me.

Andrew was great with helping with what I need. Good people. Great meds great price. 5 stars all around.

Thankyou to Erin for finding me find products that helped deal with body pain. I wasn't sure at first if they have parking but they have parking in the back and across the street. I have been a "regular" at Ayr since last summer and I continue to receive outstanding, professional, timely service. Budtenders in particular that have been extremely helpful and have made great recommendations are Kyle, Dee, Sal, Kevin and Drew. I wish I knew everyone else's names, as they are also helpful. They have been having sales galore, so many in fact that I still haven't used my 3rd new patient discount yet and it's been almost 6 months! Great selection, hit the sales, there's always something going on. It's given me the opportunity to dabble a bit with different consumption methods and strains. I do wish they would have sales from time to time on accessories but they have a good loyalty points system put in place that can be used for that. All in all, I love this place, these people feel like family after a bit.

Thank you for the very good medicine that you provide to our community, I feel like I can have my life back now.
