Super nice facility, staff is always making sure us patients are taken care of as soon as we hit the door. Online orders are super easy and efficient. One of the staff members enticed me on several products they offer and couldn't be more happy with the result.

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. They care about what you need. They are knowledgeable and always have a pharmacist on hand that can help you with extra details like terps and if it interferes with prescription meds.

Best shop around with the nicest budtenders out there. The selection is top notch. The building is clean and inviting. I know I have gotten anxiety just sitting in some waiting rooms but firelands is very professional and condition business as so. My go to shop and have never let me down. Cool place with a friendly staff. They had a difficult to find strain, which of course, was fantastic. I’ll be going back to get more this strain, for sure! Still, the important thing here is that Ultra Cannabis treats you well, has excellent products, and a knowledgeable staff.
