They carry the best top shelf brands as well as the best budget brands in the state and have made great improvements to their process and store. 10/10. Dont listen to these other reviews..they've consistently been one of the best in northeast ohio from my experience.

Amy at Zen Leaf is hands down the best part of the experience. I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries, but the customer service I get from Amy is on an entirely different level. She is incredibly knowledgeable, knows the menu inside and out, and always gives the absolute best recommendations. She is patient, genuinely friendly, and takes the time to make sure you find exactly what you need. It is so rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she does, and she clearly takes massive pride in her work. Absolute rockstar employee—Zen Leaf is incredibly lucky to have her! The woman working here gave me a discount on a vaporizer pen that I needed for my brother who had a stroke to make it easier for him to enjoy cannabis again.
