Absolutely one of the best dispensary experiences I’ve had. The team at Ivy Hall runs a tight operation while still making the atmosphere feel welcoming and genuine. You can tell management actually cares about organization, customer flow, inventory accuracy, and overall guest experience instead of just pushing people through the line. Every visit has been consistent — knowledgeable staff, solid recommendations, fast service even during rushes, and a clean, well-maintained store. The front-of-house communication and teamwork stand out more than most dispensaries I’ve been to. Staff stays professional, approachable, and patient whether you’re a regular customer or completely new to cannabis. What really separates this location is the culture. There’s a balance between professionalism and personality that makes the experience feel elevated without being pretentious. Promotions are explained clearly, product knowledge is strong, and the employees genuinely seem invested in helping customers find what works best for them. If you’re in the area and want a dispensary that’s organized, efficient, and still has good energy, Ivy Hall Waukegan sets the standard.

Friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. Really liked the layout of the store. Don’t mind using a kiosk at all. When I needed help choosing based on my tastes the staff gave me a great recommendation. The flower I bought is great quality. Will definitely be back.

Very welcoming and the edibles and the different buds i have gotten all have been great. the brownies I'd definitely wouldn't suggest eating a whole one. Also have a $5 claw game you can win ozs, edibles, pipes, prerolls and other things.

Great place. They always have a killer deal in every category. The service is fantastic. Everyone there is happy to help and really make me want to keep coming back. Worth the drive and next to Costco.

I have visited Curaleaf in Montgomery Village, MD, many times since July 1, 2023, when Adult Use became legal in Maryland. Every single interaction I've had here has been 5 Star "perfect" customer service, without exception. They are all very friendly as well. Whether it be a question, a recommendation, or efficiency in quickly filling an online pre-order, the employees at this Curaleaf location get the job done well, with no issues. I think some of the pricing is a tad higher than some competitors, but I'd rather drive only 1.5 miles to this location. Curaleaf does offer a generous 15% "Wisdom Discount" to us wise folks over 55. They also have a loyalty point reward program, which helps lower the cost further. I don't have to ask or remind them each time, as it's all applied automatically once my info is in their system. 2 things to be aware of; The only forms of payment accepted are Cash or Debit Card, and they do give priority treatment to Medical Customers, which is only right. Lastly, they offer a great variety of accessories and clever gift items, everything one might need to enjoy the product. 10/10!
