You tell them the results or effects you're looking for and they get a variety of products & explain how each one can help & help weigh your odds. They started my journey into budtending and have been with me my entire career journey.. I love this company

WONDERFUL, WELL INFORMED STAFF! The best dispensary in Louisiana by far. Everything is so open and you can pick up and look at all the strains, even smell them! I would drive here from almost any part of Louisiana just to deal with only their employees.

Tommy is the man! We told him about our concert and how we wanted an infused pre roll and he showed us plenty of options and had the most upbeat attitude and helped us make the right decision!

Natalie at the Peoria store was fantastic: knowledgeable about products, she provided excellent customer service, made recommendations tailored to my preferences, and, she was so kind it made my day!

OMG! My wife and I went to this location, and the experience was amazing! Upon walking into the location, we shared a quick laugh with the security guard, and we were quickly taken to the back. Our budtender, Claire, was great! Her customer service was five star, and I would suggest this location to all of my out of town friends. I'll be back to this location, again.

Oh man how did i forget about this place, I was on my bike, it was cold, and i needed a deal, like yesterday, and got a great one on some fantastic flower. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the flower is top shelf, aside from the price. This place... DO

Super clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff, above-and-beyond customer service, and they're super patient and kind. Only had a line one time that I've been there, but it moved quickly, and there is a steady stream of people coming and going. Staff were excellent helping me find the strains I wanted to get the effects I needed, as well as taking the time to explain all the details, like how to use each product, which terpenes did what, the process the different concentrates are made by, and really took the time with me to make sure I had the best possible products for my individual needs while keeping it all in my budget. This is my go-to store, and I'm really strong about supporting good businesses and good customer service, so I won't go anywhere else. They even keep your history and notes in their computers about prior purchases, preferences, and needs. Really on top of the game there. Having Happy Cloud right next door is icing on the cake- same company, same amazing service, and they will hook you up with all the supplies you need, from wraps to vapes to rigs. They also sell a lot of work from local artists and I prefer to support my community businesses anytime I can over faceless mega corps.

Sam was the man at this store! I’d hate to say it but they got me on popcorn bud. The have the best popcorn bud at the best prices. Idk why they even call it popcorn. It shouldn’t be.
