Dispensaries open now in Pond Creek, Oklahoma

They were all so knowledgeable and helpful. I got in and got out with everything I needed. Great environment and really friendly staff!

Has a very business casual vibe. Good prices, even better bundle deals, and wide variety of product. Place seems to be very clean, organized, and professional.

Customer service always on point! The best prices in the whole state of Oklahoma.

Niki and Bobby are always on top of it and quick to answer any questions. Love going there it’s my favorite place

Best dispensary, great product, awesome people, great service, (i dont feel like a bother or inconvenience),the way some other dispensaries do. I would drive 30 miles through tornados,in a storm, so bad couldn't see past my hood. I recommend everyone do business with Nova.

Super helpful and friendly. Large selection and top quality products

The staff makes your experience worth it. They are knowledgeable.

I have been shopping here for a few years. The staff is friendly and very helpful!

For a first time customer they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. The recommendations were spot on. Thank you guys

All the team members at Phat Pharm are always fantastic. They are always very friendly, helpful and just fun to be around. I always enjoy my visits there.

I like how no matter what problem there is someone solves it

For real, this is a almost spot. Large variety of products from your flower to your cart even accessories like batteries dab rigs, everything. Its a one stop shop. Check it out you won't be let down.

Give been with Hicks farms since they opened their doors. Have tried many others out of curiosity sake; Hicks still #1. Tangerine Dream truly was a dream, Bannana Mac was a great mac! I get excited to try out all the new strains. If you haven't stopped by , your missing out.

Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

Very helpful and prompt on filling online orders. Highly recommend

Some of the best deals and best flower in town.

Super kind, always great service and the fire stick are where it's at fire!

very friendly bud tenders great prices with a good selection of products if your in the area it is a must try

This is the only dispensary in this area so people who live around here really don't have a choice unless they want to drive an hour away. When they first opened up rec use here, the flower was old and dry. At least what I was getting was that way. Fast forward to 2025 and everything seems fresh now, but I do tend to look for new additions to the menu and get those. I saw where some people were complaining about price, but I compared the same exact products with dispensaries in KC and the prices are exactly the same. It's been my experience here where most of the staff are very friendly. Maybe not all of them all the time, but everyone has their bad days, so I don't fault them on that. Overall, I'd give this dispensary 4 out of 5 stars. The reason for the missing star is they don't have as large of a selection as other bigger dispensaries. But aside from that, these guys are right on par with everywhere else I've been to as far as staff, price and atmosphere. I'm very glad they are there because if they weren't, everybody would be driving to Joplin or KC all the time.

Best store, prices, people, products, sales, loyalty program and more!

Huge selection. Good products, lots of sales and very helpful. Good customer service.

Excellent dispensary with drive thru. Friendly staff and great prices keep me coming back.

Clearly, the best dispensary in Missouri. Very professional excellent Bud tenders fantastic selection. I truly appreciate the drive-through as well. It was cold last night being able to stay in my warm car and pick up my medicine. Very convenient.

I love this place!! The Best Gummies 2kmg for $99 I cant find a better deal!!! Thank you Key Cannabis!!!

What happens to the point system.??Haven't been able to accumulate for quite a few months now. Called to attention of several staff & one female employee said she hadn't been able to use hers for months also. PLEZ the old age crowd needs every bit of help we can get to deal with pain & sleeplessness.

Bonded, helped me with my order today and she saved me $$ and chose a better suited product than I originally was gonna get. I love this store the staff is always on point and pleasant.
