They real nice and even accepted my temporary ID. I have my ID renewed and a different company that also is a dispensary denied me at the door due to them not accepting temp id's. I left a comment on their site so people will know. I got an ounce of some OG hybrid indica dominant and a few puffs and I'm good to go. It's a medicine for me. Anxiety and insomnia.

The only complaint is a system malfunction. Other than that everything was perfect

The staff has always been kind helpful people who are knowledgeable about the products which is very helpful while trying to choose the correct medicinal flower for me. The prices are good here and I can always find an affective medicinal strain to treat several things that I have going on from pain to sleepless nights.Much more than that even. It helps with many conditions.

But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. I am new to this atmosphere, and was in way over my head when I first walked in. But Mr. Kyle made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the difference between the strains and what would work best for me, and I tell you, these night night gummies? They were EXACTLY what I was looking for. Kyle knew his knowledge about every product he brought up. I just told him what my symptoms were and what I was looking for, and I walked out with some night night gummies for night time, and a sativa vape for during the day time. And I see the difference Mr. Kyle was talking about. I just need a few little toots off my vape in the day time, and I have the energy and motivation to get whatever chores I may have, to get done. I highly recommend this place to ANYBODY looking for alternative medications.
