Sadly, I am abandoning Floyd's. I have been a happy customer for years. I preorder and have not had any troubles until recently. When I go in I am told that what I've ordered is 'out of stock' and then a substitute is promptly suggested. This has happened to me during the last four times I've ordered my preferred bud. And in the years prior it didn't happen once. I see a pattern here and I'm certain I'm not the only one who is experiencing this.

I went in because my cart batteries wasn’t working and not only did my problem got fixed my mood got fixed just by BEN’s energy and awesome customer service and truly knows what’s he’s doing between him and ZACH you truly can’t go wrong I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone you truly will be happy and BEN THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU TRULY MADE MY WEEK THANK YOU !!!! Always a wonderful experience in Fireside. The most laid back, welcoming, clean environment, with knowledgeable bud tenders who always seem happy to help, and make suggestions. There shelves are always stocked with quality flower at reasonable prices. Even with multiple dispensaries closer to me, I always end going out of my way to stock up here!

This place is AMAZING! They have every kind of everything from Platinum shelf flower to stony edibles. The budtender greet me with enthusiasm and are genuinely happy to be there and serving CJ, Kerby and the surrounding area. The facility is clean and the people are attentive. They have amazing prizes in their loyalty program which I signed up for. I'm a huge dabber and their selection is HUGE! Trisha the manager makes it a point to come out and interact with the customers and with her staff which seem to love her. They are all super knowledgeable and if they dont know they will research and learn with me right there! They dont rush you to choose something and leave they want to make sure you get what your seeking and I think that is so amazing!!! DO NOT JUST DRIVE BY THIS STORE! STOP IN

I love walking into this place! So nice and clean - not creepy and dingy like so many off island places. There is always something new to try and a great variety from all over Washington. Sean doesn't carry anything he can't personally endorse so I know the product will certainly meet MY expectations. The best part about this pot shop - they care that I have a great pot experience. They don't just want to sell me something - they want me to enjoy my purchase and come back and tell them what I thought about it. Can't say how much I love this place. Any pot lover visiting Orcas should definitely swing in here and meet Sean and the crew. Wide variety of products including local NWC which used to be my favorite - but I'm personally hooked on Noble or DNA gardens now. I love how knowledgeable everyone is. I’m a medical marijuana patient, I can tell them my symptoms, and they come back with a large assortment of products to help me get through the day. I love the staff at both Pasco and Finely, I’ve been with this store since 2017, they’ve never let me down, they are an amazing company, they really care and give back to our community too!

I recently moved back to Southern Oregon, and needed to find out where the best dispensary was. I checked out a few, I live in CP, but work in Ashland. I swung into The Spot, one day. And I haven’t gone anywhere else, since. Wilson welcoming me every time I come, is the best. Every staff member has been amazing. #thespotashland

The positive vibes at this dispensary start when you park - the lavender garden in front is stunning! This is my favorite local shop, today Austin and Serena were there to offer advice on some new merchandise and make sure I got what I was looking for. Thanks Nectar!

I needed a lot of help with so many questions I had when they were out of what I was after.Very patient and fixed me up with a backup strain.Also,the strains that I was looking for are nearly impossible to find,but they have them!(just ran out of one).The prices are good,friendly people(and I can really ramble on)I am very picky about where I shop, this will be only the 3rd store that I will be giving my husband's money to LOL,and I'm sooo happy I found it.Great location you can get off and on the interstate very easy from north or south bound I-5.I can't wait for another visit or online order from Leafly.

Whoa, this place is a gem! Stopped by on our way out to the lake and this stop made our day! Easy to find, awesome walkup window with an outdoor menu, but the lady was so nice we had to come inside and then WOW! Beautiful shop, super smart staff, and awesome flower selection. We will definitely be back!!

Ignore my ratings on service because I couldn’t end up going in, I am a med patient and can only go in medical dispos because of my age. Not their fault at all but Leafly lists them as med and rec, they are ONLY rec.

This dumb out-of-state newbie to legal cannabis (from a very anti-cannabis state) very much enjoyed their very first visit to a dispensary! I did my research beforehand so I knew what I wanted before I got in, but the ladies who helped my local friends and I were very helpful, chill and gave personal recommendations. I would very happily visit again!

I recently had an interview here, they decided to go with someone else, but they were so kind and the owner even called to tell me they went another direction which I've never had a job do before. It was so professional and i really appreciated it, she even gave me 2 joints after the interview I'm definitely going to keep giving them my business!
